Impaired Driver Loses Control in Collision in Kincardine

Two Vehicle Collision on Broadway Street in Kincardine found to be result of driver under the influence of alcohol.

The South Bruce OPP say they were called to the site of a two vehicle collision last Friday and it resulted to impaired driving charges.

Officers responded to Broadway Street in Kincardine just after 6pm on Friday and found one of the drivers had been drinking.

A 71 year old male of Huron Township was charged with failing to provide a breath sample.

They had their license suspended for 90 days and their vehicle impounded for 7 days.

The accused is scheduled to appear in court to answer to the charge on March 16th.
