South Bruce OPP have arrested a driver following a report of a single vehicle collision along Concession 8 in Brant Township. Officers arrived and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol.
The driver was placed under arrested and taken to the South Bruce OPP Detachment for testing which confirmed impaired operation.
A 43 year year old female of Kincardine was charged with impaired driving, driving with open liquor and driving with no insurance.
The drivers license was suspended for 90 days and her vehicle impounded for 1 week.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court on January 19, 2022 to answer to the charges.
