A 39 year old man is facing a series of charges after being stopped by police.
South Bruce OPP was on general patrol on February 23rd when just before 1am observed a vehicle driving much slower than the posted speed limit.
The vehicle was seen leaving the roadway and parked on the shoulder of the road. Officers spoke with the driver and determined they were impaired.
After some field tests the 39 year old of Goderich was arrested and charged with Operation While Impaired, Trafficking a Schedule I Substance and Failing to Comply with a Probation Order.
The accused will appear in Walkerton court on April 3rd.
