Huron County OPP has charged a 76 year old man after an incident in Seaforth earlier this month.
On April 3rd just after 7pm police were called to an address on Main Street.
OPP arrived with two men arguing when one of them drove their pickup truck directly at the other man on foot almost striking them.
The driver was immediately arrested and charged. The 76 year has been charged with Assault with a Weapon and Dangerous Operation.
The accused was released from custody and given a court date next month.
