Janice Jackson is back as Warden of Bruce County.
She was re-elected to another one-year term to open Thursday’s County Council meeting in Walkerton.
Jackson was first elected as Warden in 2021, becoming just the second female Warden in Bruce County and the first since 1965.
She contested for the Warden seat last year but went unchallenged this time around.
