The Downtown Dig in Kincardine is well underway on Queen Street with large machinery in the area hard at work preparing for the replacement of main sanitary sewer line underground.

Downtown Development Manager at the Kincardine BIA Amanda Goetz tells of things being done to make shopping downtown easier during the work.

“Places like Accents have opened up a special side door to make getting in easier. Craig & Kelly Kirkconnell at The Bruce are installing a big bike rack so if you want to bike downtown it’s a great alternative to driving.”
