The Municipality of Kincardine has approved changes to its Procedural By-Law at its most recent Council Meeting.
The by-law is what sets the structure that guides how Council & Committees are conducted.
It incorporates comments from both Council & Staff as well as best practices from across Ontario.
The changes include Regular Council Meetings moving from Mondays, where they currently occur to the second and fourth Wednesday at 5pm beginning September 13th.
A mock meeting was held by Council on Monday, July 24th to test out the modifications to procedures and to provide additional feedback.
