The Town of Saugeen Shores are hosting the Lifesaving Society Ontario’s Lifesaving Championships over the next 3 days including today and tomorrow at Port Elgin Main Beach from 8 to 4 today and tomorrow from 7 to 6 and on Saturday at Southampton Beach north and south of Chantry View Drive from 7 to 6.
Beachgoers are advised to keep a safe distance from the courses. Signage will be posted on-site during the event.
The Town wish good luck to everyone competing in the event this weekend.
