Next week (October 3rd to 9th) is Fire Prevention Week but the Kincardine Fire Department are getting a bit of a head start.
Fire Prevention Officer Shane Watson stopped by Shoreline Classics studio yesterday morning.
He says the theme for this year is Understanding the Sounds of the Alarm.
Watson also touched on the emergency preparedness study being conducted by Bruce Power in partnership with the Municipality of Kincardine and the Town of Saugeen Shores.
