The Huron Heights Public School in Kincardine saw a recent generous donation of $2,000 from the Kincardine & District Lions Club.
The money is in support of the school’s playground revitalization initiative.
In total the school has raised $70,000 to install new playground equipment for students.
Lions Paul & Kathy Kozma, Dennis & Helen Gitter-Flavel as well as Phil Thompkins made the presentation to School Principle Kim Tolton and Grade 4 Teacher Kasey Culbert.
