The Municipality of Kincardine issued an advisory that they are seeking lessees for the operations of concession booths at the Kincardine Davidson Centre and the Tiverton Sports Centre.
In the supporting documentation bidders are advised that the Municipality is looking for a 3 year contract with option for 1 year extension prior to it expiring.
The successful bidder would operate the concession booth that would be open during all public functions including minor hockey, skating galas, Bulldogs Volleyball Tournament if in Kincardine and more.
They would be responsible to purchase all supplies to operate the booth, responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the equipment including the fryers and responsible for removal of garbage and recycling to designated bins provided.
