The Municipality of Kincardine has welcomed Dr. Owen Montpeillier who is joining the Kincardine Family Health Organization.
Dr. Owen began his work this week who is taking over the family practice of Kincardine physician, Dr. Daniel Soong who plans to focus exclusively on emergency medicine at the Kincardine hospital.
Mayor Kenneth Craig offered a huge welcome to Dr. Owen and his family to community.
Owen completed his medical degree at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine, then completing residency in family medicine at Western University where he worked in rural medicine.
