The Lamont Sports Complex Illuminating Dreams Fundraising Campaign announced that the campaign thermometer got a boost recently after four 10 thousand dollar home run donations were received.
Tracy Doll, Realtor of Royal LePage DC Johnston Realty, the Caley Family, Devils’ Ladies Fastball Team and Meridian Credit Unit all gave generous donations.
The donations allow each donor a banner at the park for five years, as well as a mention on the park’s lifetime donation board.
The fundraiser is in support of Phase 2 at the Lamont Sports Park.
This includes 2 youth ball diamonds and an accessible playground.
The new phase is in complement to Phase 1’s four baseball diamonds.
