A driver is facing 13 charges after a crash north of Goderich.
Huron County OPP alongside Huron County EMS responded to the crash on November 11th at around 2:40am with a report also saying the driver could be impaired on Bluewater Highway near Market Road in Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh.
Police attended the scene and searched for the driver who fled the scene but was later found by the cops.
The accused was taken to a local hospital for treatment and refused to provide breath samples to police.
While in custody the accused committed other offences.
As a result a 57 year old man from London has been charged with Operation While Impaired, Failure to Comply with a Demand, 3 counts of Uttering Threats and Resisting a Peace Officer.
The accused was released from custody and given a future court date in Goderich.
