Catherine Hill says it is her first major win and says she plays instant games weekly.
The retiree and mother of two says her husband didn’t believe her at all.
She waited a few days before going to a store to validate it and confirmed she had won.
She plans to save her win and donate to the Salvation Army.
She purchased her ticket at Mac’s on Campbell Street in Lucknow.
