The Municipality of Kincardine is starting community engagement for the future development of MacPherson Park.
The park is aimed to become a fully accessible, inclusive, destination style playground serving families of all abilities.
Coming off the support of municipal funding and Canadian Tire Jumpstart, MacPherson Park is set to be rebuilt this year.
Residents are welcome to attend a community engagement session on January 12th going from 6-8pm at the Davidson Centre.
Luke Bedard, Director of Community Services says the feedback they get will guide playground designers as they develop concept options for future review, including consultation with accessibility partners and schools.
