One man is facing charges after an assault at a hotel.
Saugeen Shores Police earlier this month responded to the incident at an unnamed hotel and found a woman with serious injuries who was taken to hospital for treatment.
Police say the victim sustained serious and possible life altering injuries.
A man was arrested at the scene where it was learned he was bound by a court order to not be near the victim and known to police coming from a previous intimate partner assault.
The accused was given multiple charges and held for bail and later remanded into custody.
