A Brampton man is facing charges after a weapons call in Georgian Bluffs.
On June 15th at around 1:21am, Grey Bruce OPP responded to a report of a suspicious man walking along Second Street who was said to be carrying a firearm.
Officers arrived on the scene and after a search spotted the man exiting a wooded area carrying what was determined to be an imitation firearm.
The accused was safely taken into custody. As a result a 29 year old of Brampton was charged with two counts of Adult Possession of Imitation Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose.
The accused was released from custody and will appear in Owen Sound court next month.
