Neighbourhood Dispute involving Motorcycle in South Huron sees Rider Charged

31-year-old faces charges of driving while prohibited and refusal of a breath demand. He is set to appear in a Goderich court.

A Neighbourhood dispute in South Huron back in May has led to one of the involved being charged.

Officers were called to the area at around 8:18 pm after a dispute involving excess noise and operation of a motorcycle on a roadway.

Police arrived and found the subject of the complaint had consumed alcohol prior to driving the motorcycle.

They were also found prohibited from driving.

They were arrested and charged with refusal of a breath demand and operation while prohibited.

The 31-year-old is set to appear on July 31st at  Goderich court to answer to the charges.
