A ribbon cutting on June 13th has showcased the new Seashore subdivision in Kincardine.
Hosted by the Orsi and Beisel families representatives from Kincardine, Bruce County and an MPP delegate toured through the newly constructed homes.
The newest lakeside community has phase 1 of the development featuring 41 lots for single family homes, an enhanced storm water management pond and an open space with winding trails.
“Seashore is a unique development and there is really nothing like it along the Lake Huron coastline,” said Angelo Orsi, developer, and president of Mariposa Homes.
“We would like to pay tribute to past and current Council as well as staff for getting us to this point. We thank the neighbours and the entire community for their interest in this development. We welcome everyone to this new part of the neighbourhood.”
Seashore is a 70 acre development with over four hundred planned residential units with future phases including additional lots for single family homes, town homes and medium density buildings.
