The Nuclear Innovation Institute in Port Elgin has seen an engineering firm with a 132-year history, to join the organization in a newly created “Supporters” category.

The move by Sargent & Lundy is seen as strengthening NII’s ability to deliver community programming, from the Explore Program’s STEM education classes to local environmental projects & skilled trades development reflecting on the company’s longstanding commitment to community engagement.

Sargent & Lundy is Chicago-based but has been active in the Bruce, Grey & Huron region for more than 20 years.
