Huron County OPP have charged a Goderich resident following an assault.
On February 22nd just before 10am Huron County OPP was called to a home on Huron Road in Goderich for a report of an assault involving two parties.
Officers arrived and found the individuals with investigators discovered one person had assaulted the other with a metallic object causing minor injuries.
As a result a 33 year old woman has been charged with Assault with a Weapon and Failure to Comply with a Probation Order.
The accused was remanded into custody and given a future court date.
