Huron County OPP have charged a 52 year old following an intimate partner violence investigation.
On January 12th OPP responded to a home in Huron East to deal with an issue between partners.
During investigation police learned the involved suspect had assaulted their partner on January 11th.
As a result a 52 year old of Huron East was charged with spousal assault.
The accused was released from custody and given a future court date in March.
