Over $2 Million in Drugs Seized in Central Huron

A search warrant in Central Huron has dug up over $2 million worth of drugs.

On February 27th multiple OPP forces led the search at a rural property in Central Huron which resulted in the seizure of over 4000 marijuana plants.

Large quantities of marijuana in various stages of production were seized with the total value of the drugs set at over $2.15 million.

A 61 year old of Central Huron and 43 year old Waterloo both have been charged with Cultivate, Propagate or Harvest any Cannabis Plant at a Place not Their Dwelling and Possession for the Purpose of Distributing.

Both were released with a court date next month.
