A 29 year old is facing charges after an overnight vehicle theft in Kincardine.
On November 21st OPP received a report of a stolen vehicle along Highway 9.
Police after investigation returned to the complainants home where officers found a vehicle in an outbuilding on the property.
The complainant, a 29 year old man of Kincardine has been charged with Public Mischief and Fraud Under $5000.
The accused will appear in court next month.
