Street paving has closed Main Street in Bayfield for the next two days.
Crews are conducting road surface paving today, with work on tie-in locations like driveways and accessible parking spaces happening tomorrow.
Parking will be limited over the two days as a result.
Shops and sidewalks remain open during the work.
Weather permitting, the paving should be completed by Wednesday evening, with plenty of time to spare before this weekend’s Christmas in Bayfield celebrations, including the Santa Claus Parade on Saturday morning at 11 a.m.
