Marking International Womens Day next month, the Huron-Perth Period Poverty Task Force is addressing the barrier of access for affordable feminine hygiene products.
On March 8th a selection of period products will be available for free at all Huron and Perth Libraries during their regular hours of operation.
This has been made possible from a $90,000 grant from the Shoppers Foundation for Women’s Health and the continued efforts of the task force.
