A prohibited driver on an ATV was busted by police earlier this month.
On October 6th Huron County OPP stopped an ATV rider in Hensall just after noon.
The officer confirmed the man was prohibited from driving who was arrested.
The 24 year old man of Bluewater was charged with Operation While Prohibited as well as multiple offenses under the Highway Traffic Act, Off Road Vehicles Act, Trespass to Property Act and Railway Safety Act.
The accused was released from custody and will appear in Goderich court in December.
