Huron-Perth Public Health has released their annual report, highlighting programs and services delivered over the last year.
The report describes work across core public health programs and services while also reflecting public health’s continued commitment to health equity, access and inclusion.
In 2025, Huron-Perth became part of Ontario’s largest measles outbreak in three decades with the first local case on February 28th and over 420 measles investigations done.
In Huron-Perth there 234 confirmed cases of measles and 63 probable resulting in 34 hospitalizations with 1 being admitted to the ICU.
