Given the continued cold warning in the area, Huron-Perth Public Health is again urging residents to take measures to protect themselves in the extreme cold.
Wind chill values are reaching between -25 to -30 in areas over the course of today and could last Wednesday.
Public health says cold related injuries such as frostbite and hypothermia can all be prevented with some safety steps taken such as dressing appropriately, stay warm and dry, avoid unnecessary travel when roads are poor and always check on others to make sure they are warm and protected.
