The Township of North Huron announced on their Social Media on Tuesday an upcoming public open house on a proposed development in Wingham.
The location of the site, which has requested a zoning by-law amendment, is the former Wingham Trailer Park at 166 John Street.
The proposed purchasers of the property want to construct a residential apartment building at the southeast corner of the property. The building would have 5 storeys and 73 units in total.
The builder would use the existing slope to make only the top 4 stories would be viewable from the east side of the structure.
The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 27, 2021 from 4 until 7pm at the Wingham Legion.
