Renovations will begin soon at the Ripley Medical Centre and the Ripley Y Child Care Centre.
The kickoff held last week saw many on hand to offer support for health and child care in Ripley.
MPP for Huron-Bruce Lisa Thompson says the expansion and growth for Ripley is proving to be a community that young families are choosing to call home.
Renovations are expected to start in April and be finished by July.
During the work the Ripley Y Child Care Centre will be running out of the Ripley Huron Community Centre.
