Huron County OPP have charged a resident of Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh with several criminal charges following a recent Domestic Assault Investigation.
Officers were contacted on Monday, February 7, 2022 after a reported incident of domestic violence. During an investigation the victim disclosed a number of domestic criminal offences.
As a result Huron County OPP have charged a 47 year old of ACW with offenses including 3 counts of assault causing bodily harm, 2 counts of sexual assault, forcible confinement and careless storage of a firearm.
The accused remains in custody.
