No injuries have been reported but a stretch of road is closed in Neyaashiinigmiing following a crash.
Police responded to the scene Thursday night at 10:45pm on the Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation when an officer crashed their police vehicle.
Investigation is ongoing with an increased police presence expected at the scene.
Community Centre Road is closed at Community Centre Road at Parrie Road and Lighthouse Road at Habour Road for the protection of emergency responders and to facilitate the investigation and will likely be closed for several hours.
Motorists are asked to not drive through the road closed signs.
