Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation received a phone call this morning with an invite to come and enjoy a cold glass of lemonade from some of Port Elgin’s younger residents Kasey, Oakland, Ryan and Kailin.

The 4 youth greeted the hospital team with smiles and shared that they had been selling baked goods and lemonade all morning.

The young entrepreneurs also shared that before they were going off to run their business meeting in the pool, they wanted to donate all of the money that they had earned to the CT scanner campaign.

Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation is thrilled to share “these 4 tiny business tycoons proudly donated a total of $326.00 to help bring TOM to town”.

The Saugeen Memorial Hospital has thanked Kasey, Oakland, Ryan and Kalin for all their hard work, and is proud they wanted to help all the people in their community.

The Saugeen Hospital shares they only have about $300,000 to go in order to finish the $3 million dollar fundraising campaign.
