For the second time in a week, a Bruce County man is facing charges.
Back on October 20th, a Saugeen Shore Police officer discovered a man riding an ATV on Goderich Street in Port Elgin without a helmet.
The ATV was stopped and a search ensued resulting in the discovery of an edged weapon and 31 rounds of ammunition for a .308 rifle.
The accused was arrested and later released with a future court date
However, a further investigation revealed the ammunition was reported stolen and police arrested the individual again last Monday.
Another search turned up suspected methamphetamine and a foldable knife which was he ordered not to carry.
The 27-year-old was held for a bail hearing.
