The Saugeen Shores Police posted this week on social media looking for volunteers to assist them in their Community Watch.

They say that it’s a great way to give back to your community or get some volunteer hours.

Volunteers just need to be 19 years or older. They must submit to a criminal background check, complete the training program provided by police and must abide by the rules and regulations set forth.

The position is great for those retired and just looking for something to do on weekends in the summer.

Saugeen Shores Police say it’s a great way to give them a second set of eyes in the community.
