The Town of Saugeen Shores has seen the return of its Town Cycling Programming. The first is Bike-Friendly Fridays.

It will be a weekly series on their Facebook Page that educations about all things cycling.

This week they talk about the many benefits of active transportation including the environmental, social, economic, health and benefits to children.

Saugeen Shores is a bronze designated bicycle friendly community and is committed to providing safe trails and routes, promoting active transportation and offering ongoing education and outreach.

Bike Friendly Friday updates are posted just after 10 am.
