SBGHC revises closure of the Durham Emergency Department

Department now remains open overnight on tonight, July 28th and will not close until Saturday, July 29th at 5am and re-open on Monday, July 31st at 7am.

The South Bruce Grey Health Centre has revised its temporary closure for the Durham Emergency Department this weekend.

The department will now remain open overnight on Friday, July 28^th and will not close until Saturday, July 29^th at 5am and re-open on Monday, July 31^st at 7am.

The closure for the Walkerton ED remains the same as previously announced.

It closes on Sunday, July 30^th at 5pm and reopens on Monday, July 31^st at 7am.

Ambulance by-pass will be undertaken in both cases with patients diverted to the nearest open Emergency Department.
