A 26 year old has been charged after a series of incidents involving a stolen vehicle.
On July 15th at around 9pm, witnesses say they saw a man steal a vehicle on 7th Street in Hanover and drove at high rates of speed and not stopping for stop signs.
The vehicle eventually stopped at the intersection of 11th Avenue with the suspect fleeing on foot. The vehicle rolled backwards, hitting two other vehicles.
The suspect then entered a nearby home through an unlocked rear door, but fled in the backyard after being confronted by the homeowner and the suspect arrested by police.
The 26 year old of No Fixed Address was charged with Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Dangerous Operation, Failure to Stop After Accident and Break and Enter.
