The South Bruce OPP attended Ripley Arena yesterday after receiving a call of a woman who was asked to leave the facility but refused to comply.

When reached by Shoreline Classics News Media Relations Office Constable Kevin Martin says officers were called to the scene for a person refusing to leave the facility, they were with met with resistance from the individual who refused to co-operate.

This caused the end result of a trespassing charge.

The Province currently requires all residents looking to attend non-essential activities, such as dining indoors at a restaurant or taking in a hockey game at an indoor arena, to provide proof of full vaccination (plus 14 days) and government issued ID to confirm their identity.
