South Bruce OPP charged two drivers in the same day last Friday less than 3 hours apart in Brant Township.
Police received a report on the first suspected impaired driver at 7:10 pm on Bruce County Road 3.
Officers located the vehicle and found them to be impaired by alcohol. A female driver of South Bruce was charged with impaired 80 plus.
The second driver was reported in a ditch along Bruce County Road 19 just after 10 pm.
Officers arrived and found them to be impaired.
A 56-year-old male of Arran-Elderslie has been charged with refusal to comply with a breath sample demand. Both have had their licenses suspended, vehicles impounded and are set to appear at court on July 26th to answer to the charges.
