The South Bruce OPP charged a Kincardine man with impaired driving after a single vehicle crash in Tiverton on Wednesday.
Officers were called to the scene of King and Main Street around 10:50 pm after a vehicle collided with a small brick wall at the intersection.
Police say the driver had been drinking and was taken to the detachment for further testing.
The 26-year-old man was charged with impaired operation. Their license was suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven.
They are set to appear at a Walkerton court next month to answer to the charges.
