On August 31, 2021 members of the South Bruce OPP received recognition for their long standing service in an awards ceremony held at the South OPP detachment on Kincardine Avenue in Kincardine.
The following members were recognized:
- Provincial Constable Ian Gouthro – 20 years of Exemplary Service
- Provincial Constable Mark Brandt – 20 years of Exemplary Service
- Provincial Constable Ken Roppel – 20 years of Exemplary Service
- Provincial Constable Derrick Frook – 25 years of Exemplary Service and a Regional Commanders letter for Exemplary Performance of Duty
Inspector Krista Miller, Detachment Commander for the South Bruce OPP says it was her pleasure to take part in the awards ceremony recognizing these members for their exemplary service. She continues that she is proud of the hard work these dedicated and professional members have performed each and every day for the past 20 and 25 years for the residents of the Province of Ontario and South Bruce OPP.
