Given the success of the Warrant Apprehension Team with South Bruce OPP, there is a chance the team could return in the near future.
On January 22nd, South Bruce OPP launched the Warrant Apprehension Team project which had two members of the OPP being selected for the team.
Their job was to locate and apprehend wanted parties across South Bruce and the surrounding area.
Officers executed search warrants, completed compliance checks and laid charges where violations were taken.
A total of 91 people were arrested and processed over the course of the pilot project.
