The Grey Bruce OPP have charged a Southgate man in connection with a July 19 fatal collision with a pedestrian in Grey Highlands.
The collision on Inkerman St. involved a vehicle and four pedestrians, one which pronounced dead at the scene after life-saving efforts were unsuccessful.
A 27-year-old man is facing charges for failure to stop resulting in death, careless driving causing death as well as three counts of failing to stop at an accident causing bodily harm. The accused has been released with a scheduled court date in Owen Sound.
