The Municipality of Kincardine will be taking part in spring hydrant and distribution system flushing over the next few months.
Starting March 31st and lasting until May 30th, the municipality is doing rounds across multiple communities for spring flushing.
Armow, Scott’s Point and Underwood will taking place March 31st-April 4th, in Tiverton from April 7th to the 25th and wrapping up in Kincardine which will include Huronville and the pipeline to Inverhuron from April 7th-May 30th.
During this time periods of discolouration could occur during flushing between 7am-4:30pm in those parts.
Cold water taps might need to be flushed for several minutes and screens or filters cleaned after distribution flushing has occurred.
