Applications are now open for the Strategic Community Initiative Fund in Bruce County.
This program helps support community based projects aimed to enhance and complement the core services of the Human Services Department.
Initiatives receiving funding also include those addressing gaps in services or not meeting the needs of low income residents and based on best practices or research.
Director of Human Services, Tina Metcalfe says this funding helps turn strong community ideas into action and ensures projects make a real difference for residents.
Applications are open until February 20th.
