Summer of Science Program offered STEM to Kids

Program is sponsored by Bruce Power and NWMO



The Nuclear Innovation Institute presented the Science this past Summer event at various locations around Bruce and Grey Counties.

Sponsored by Bruce Power and the Nuclear Waste Management Organization the program delivered hands on STEM experiments to more than 1,000 students on topics like flight, engineering, space, energy and more.

Instructors visited Brockton, Ripley, Lucknow and Hanover. They had a booth as well at Bruce County Library branches up and down the peninsula, at the Bruce County Museum, Port Elgin Beach Market, Teeswater Pool and more.
