The Four County Labour Market Planning Board is working alongside EmployerOne to conduct a survey addressing workforce challenges and opportunities.
The Planning Board says they will use information provided from the survey to build a stronger local workforce.
Employers across Perth, Huron, Bruce and Grey continue to face staff shortages with unemployment among the lowest in the province.
The survey will be used to put together a report for government agencies, schools, community partners and the public.
The survey will open on the EmployerOne website from Jan. 4 to Feb. 18.
